Hierarchy Department of Health and Welfare Services

The Hierarchy Department of Health and Welfare Services is a governorate department of the Hierarchy government, with the primary purpose of safeguarding the health and well-being of all Caniic and Client Races. Established in 1912 as the Department of Health, Education, and Caniic Services, its initial mission was to not only focus on health but also to provide education and support to the Caniic community. However, over time its focus narrowed, and it now solely concentrates on health and welfare services.
The department is overseen by the administrator of Health and Welfare Services, who is appointed by the Governor-General and approved by the Security Council. This ensures that the appointment of an individual to such a pivotal role is done through a rigorous and accountable process. The administrator, in collaboration with various internal divisions, develops and implements policies and programs aimed at promoting and improving public health. The position is currently held by Värmod Teitsǫgr.
The department's mission is succinctly captured by its motto, "Improving the health, safety, and well-being of Caniic and Client Races." This motto highlights the department's commitment to not only protect the physical and mental health of the population but also to ensure their safety and overall well-being. By providing essential welfare services, the department strives to create a society where everyone has access to necessary resources and support systems.
