Governor-General's Longhouse Manor
The Governor-General's Longhouse Manor, also known as Longhouse Manor, holds great significance as the official residence and workplace of the Governor-General of the Caniic Hierarchy. Situated at 2005 Main Street SW Hagis City, Corga, this historic building has served as the home for every Hierarchy Governor-General dating back to Airre Light-Foot in 1920. The Longhouse Manor plays a pivotal role as a central hub for the governor-general and their advisers. The architectural brilliance behind this prestigious residence can be attributed to the talented Andractiician-born architect, Jahniic Nuvan’tejóttar. Nuvan’tejóttar crafted the building in the postclassical style, incorporating elements that pay homage to the renowned Council Longhouse in Dirjorn. This existing structure, now housing the Andractiician legislature, served as an inspiration for Nuvan’tejóttar's design.
The Longhouse Manor, with its remarkable aesthetics and functional layout, offers a dignified and conducive environment for the governor-general and their team to carry out their official duties.
