Department of Housing and Colonial Development
The Department of Housing and Colonial Development is one of the main executive departments within the Caniic Hierarchy, responsible for the development, maintenance and regulation of housing and colonial development. It is a member of the Governorate.
The department's headquarters is located within the central administrative district of Hagis City, Corga. The department itself is composed of four main divisions: the Construction Division, which monitors the development of all civil and military buildings; the Land Management Division, which regulates and monitors the sale and use of land; the Urban Development Division, which monitors the planning and regulation of urban development; and the Colonial Development Division, which monitors the development of all planetary colonies. Each division is staffed by a team of highly-trained professionals and experts in their respective fields. The department works in tandem to ensure the efficient and successful application of the Caniic Hierarchy's housing and colonial development laws.
The Department of Housing and Colonial Development is headed by the Administrator of Housing and Colonial Development, currently Airre Ixionsǫgr who was sworn in Fibuariic 22, 2720 after an approval vote of 7 to 6 in the Hierarchy Security Council.
