Callisto

Callisto or Jupiter IV, is the second-largest moon of Jupiter, after Ganymede. In 2309, the United Nations Federation setup twelve military bases and a training camp. In 2490, the UNF fully terraformed Callisto allowing for a more permanent population, which now sits at around 5,479,482 residents. During the Jovian Conflict which took place between 2687 and 2691, Callisto served as major staging base for the UNF's United Space Command in dealing with the rebellious colonies of Europa, Io, Ganymede, Titan, and Enceladus. Though technically not involved in the fighting, the Callisto government was secretly suppling rebel forces with weapons and equipment.
Though primarily colonized by the US, Callisto does have a rather large population of Europeans, Canadians, and Mexicans.
