Administrator of Financing and Budgeting

The Administrator of Financing and Budgeting is the head of the Hierarchy Department of Financing and Budgeting, and is the chief financial officer of the Hierarchy government. The Administrator of Finance and Budgeting serves as the principal advisor to the governor-general of the Hierarchy on all matters pertaining to economic and fiscal policy. The administrator is a statutory member of the Governorate of the Hierarchy.
Under the Tiers and Promotions Chapter of the Hierarchy Constitution the officeholder is appointed by the governor-general of the Hierarchy and, following a approval hearing before the Assembly Committee on Finance, is confirmed by the Hierarchy Security Council.
The current administrator of Financing and Budgeting is Kou Stamatiliskinji, who is the first Tigriic to hold the position, a historical milestone for both Caniic and Tigriic relations. Kou was approved by the Hierarchy Security Council by a vote of 10–3.
