Lone Man's Passing

Purpose / Function

As one of the only "Safe" Passages across the small river there was much travel across this bridge before the monsters over ran it.

Alterations

While it was said by the dwarves the bridge was downed it turns out that the bridge was intact just covered in Harpy victims and the remains of left behind items. While the bridge is indeed intact upon closer inspection the main structure was damaged and must be fixed for future use of the bridge. This bridge is currently passable.

Architecture

A rough fieldstone bridge made prewar it stands the test of time and continued to prove safe and sturdy until taken over by harpies. Hopefully, this bridge will remain a safe passage now that the nest has been cleared thanks to some adventurers.

History

150 GK - Bridge was constructed by a small group of dwarves.  1 SR - Military usage was prioritized and civilian usage of the passage was limited.  212 SR - Bridge was deemed broken and unpassable by local citizens as harpies had moved in.  215 SR - Bridge was cleared of Harpy Nest
