Ancient Anti Quori Defenses

During the Dream War, the Cul’sir and Sul’at giants toiled to develop weapons to counter their immortal foes. The abilities of the quori were a far cry from other giants; they could assault dreaming minds, scout defenses through the ethereal, and reformed endlessly when slain. The giants created many defenses to counter them. Many of these devices still remain, and can have unusual effects on people in the vicinity.
