Rumbles

The Rumbles are a phenomena where a small earthquake like rumble will permeate through the In-Between. This happens every 30 hours, and is often used as a marker for a day, due to the lack of day night cycle in any of the various realms. The rumble is generally considered to be the equivalent of dawn.

A year is 200 "rumbles".
