Frem

Frem is a Bilehags in the Bileswamp. She knows the location of the giant mouth that the Rin needs a tooth from.
In exchange she wants a tooth from the beast for herself.
She is protected by an ogre named Hammerfist. 
Frem recently convinced an adventurer named Lesseris to make a warlocks contract with her.
The contract requires the adventurer to create and place a talisman once a day in a new place at least once a day to aquire their power. The talisman must at least have a new line of sight from every other talisman. 
The talismans are small strips of paper with an arcane emblem on them. Once placed they must be burned, at which point they become invisible and ethereal. Fire applied to this will never spread, and will actually absorb any flames within 5ft. These can only be removed by a dispel magic of 6th level or higher. 
Each level of warlock taken increases the requirements of the adventurer.
Frem is aware of anything that happens within line of sight, within 100ft of any of these talismans.
