Structure

There is a head of this particular organisation. The overall head is the malik, and then Parsa, the Vizier. Parsa appoints different heads of the Force for every district and faction and village. Each head has their own group of doctors answering to them.

Public Agenda

This force's agenda is bringing al-Ilaj to the people of Inqaa. We all know what al-Ilaj does. The rayis of Inqaa must succumb to the concoction once a year, to protect from The Plague that Adira, the Founder saved them all from decades prior.

Just their concoction. Which is pretty valuable, really.

History

It wasn't around when Adira was malika. In fact, it wasn't even around when Saleh's dad was malik. This is the creation of Saleh, completely. It is a very young organisation. Only 16 years old. But it is what is keeping Saleh's reign alive.
