Manfred Jost

The first thing you notice about Manfred is that he is obviously very, very tired. He stands with a slouch, dark bags are under his eyes, and he is slow to respond and easily confused. His dark brown hair is fashioned in a rough bowl cut and lands just above his eyebrows, a poorly done fade on the way down. As tired as he is, he greets you with a welcome as you enter his shop.
