Springhill & Razortree

The villages on opposite side of the Vulanti River that operate the ferries. The villages have a friendly rivalry, but they don’t consider each other to be outsiders. They have a combined harvest festival every year where the compete against each other. The festival has grown over the years and even had the last emperor in attendance once as the villagers on either side never forget to remind every passerby.
