Scourging of Udrend

The systematic destruction of magic across all of Udrend, but especially in the Frostlands. Known magic users had to flee or were killed, even those that previously held high ranks in the government. Magical sites were destroyed, books were burned, and even temples that practiced any magic were razed to ground. This included both the Sun God Halls of Sunlight and the Moon God Halls of Moonlight.
The survivors of this horrible massacre established the magic tolerant city of Jindamundra in the far north of Udrend across the Frost Fang Mountains, but almost 90% of magic in Udrend was wiped out in only a couple of weeks.
