Also called the Old Imperial Sewers
The ancient decrepit sewers that have long since been abandoned by the Vulanti allowing all sorts of disgusting things to seep inside. The Vul have begun trying to clean the sewers up, but decades of rot can't be cut away so easily. The wastes have led to a new breed of poisonous slimes that can turn skin into porcelain and leaving the rest of the person trapped inside.
The (Coils Thieves Guild) has a secret base down here. The area is also filled with the poor and beggars that moved down here to find shelter and escape the law.
