Elemental Emanate

Elementals that are given enough raw magical power to assume consciousness and step into the world free of another beings control. While they are referred to as Elemental Emanates academically they are usually know as fireborn, rockborn, waterborn, etc. by the common folk based on what element that were formed from.
For D&D gameplay purposes this includes all of the Genasi, but can also include more traditional elementals
