Samo Edwards runs the Mordisi City Watch & Jail. His official title is Watch Chief. Samo runs the City Watch with an iron fist. He makes sure that all his watchmen are on time and keep watch like they are supposed to. He knows that the guards take bribes, but as long as none of the citizens are harmed, he is okay with them taking bribes. He believes that his watchmen of all ranks aren't being paid enough and has been fighting with the City Mayor, Augusta Morden to get them raises and better benefits. Until then, he'll let them make a little extra money on the side as long as no one is in danger.
