Overview

Curt is the Mordisi Consigliere. Curt is the right hand man of Jacques Milo, who runs the Milo Family of the Morea Thieves Guild. The Milo Family controls all of the thieving, drug trade, fencing, and other illicit and illegal trades in and around Mordisi. The only trade they don't control is the slavery/trafficking trade, which is controlled by the The Brothers Istok.
Curt runs the lesser family home in the Miner's Guild District on Acacia Trail. Five bedroom home, along with 4 bathrooms are known publicly. Curt and his wife, Delia have the master bed/bath on the second floor. Their son (12) and daughter (8), each have a bedroom and share a bath on the second floor. There are two guest rooms that share a bath, along with a public bathroom on the first floor.
After the house was built, the Morea Thieves Guild, commissioned and built a basement and underground tunnel that takes on outside the walls of Mordisi. The basement holds another four bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette, living room and several storage rooms. The underground tunnel takes one out to the old ruins outside Mordisi, so that the guards can't see who has left or entered the city.
Curt takes a commission from each person that enters his basement, whether it's to hide out in the bunker, escape through the tunnel, or enter the city. If confidentiality is need, the commission is much higher. A portion of the commission is used to maintain the bunker and tunnel. A portion is used to maintain Curt and his family's lifestyle, but the majority goes into the coffers of the Morea Thieves Guild.
