Diplomatic action

Establishes the European League and concludes the first phase of the Princes' War.

Signatories included the Kingdoms of Britannia, Capetia, Iberia, Frisia, the Latin city states, the League of Aesir, and the Teutonic Alliance. These parties allied themselves against the Hidden Empire of Princes and vowed to oppose the influence of the Princes ever thereafter.
