The Mortmare Restoration

Simon Aimery overthrows the Garland Parliament and restores a Mortmare heir to the Britannian throne.

Despite the death of his "Black Queen" Isabella I, Lord Simon Aimery defeats the parliamentary armies and installs Isabella's two-year-old daughter Madeleine Mortmare as Queen of Britannia. She reigns as Isabella II and Simon governs as regent. This resolves the Second Mortmare Civil War.
