Here Be Rants, Tales, and Stories

For example, I was just thinking about explaining how it might seem like "journaling." But that led me to think about how people take nouns and make them into verbs. I could rant about that. I might tell the story of my life here, interspersed with what are essentially rants or just random things that have happened that are on my mind.   Mostly what you will see in my world are stories. I have a lot of stories. Some stories came from games. I love games. I'm in the process of writing two novels that have their story seeds in games or gaming adventures.   Quotes from conversations might be interspersed here and there for levity or other reasons.   July:.Solan, played by Kato, to Lily, played by Cat: "Just don't let em talk you into trading bodies like Everhard did. Get well the old fashioned way."   In Kato's Words is an extant world. My world changed dramatically in the last couple of years. Perhaps everybody's world has. On top of the strain of a pandemic, there was very real trauma that cost me a lot. As I finally begin to see a pinpoint of light at the end of this long tunnel I've trudged through, I recognize significant changes in myself. Some writings that come up here may allude to things like that. When you recognize profound changes in yourself, changes you had fought for, hoped for and worked towards, it changes everything in your world because your own perception of your world is changed. Change is hard and it is beautiful.
