The Wisps
The Wisps have been written to be habronders of ill omens, bringing forth disasters in their wake. There isn’t much research on their actual abilities but it does seem to be a consistent thread that their abilities have less to do with manifestation and more with perception. The are the Clans of Judgement who are famous for capturing Wisps and using them to identify which ways ‘the Scales of Fortune will Tilt,’ as accordance with The Judgement Memories. There have been witnessed accounts of Wisps being created during the screams of Banshees. As speculative lore suggests, they harbor a Banshee's resentment and hatred towards the world. This coupled with the fact that they tend to gravitate towards areas of disasters or the ill fated, have long since been documented to be representation of bad luck.
