Sicarii Collegium

The Sicarii Collegium, or the Assassins' Guild as it is more commonly known, is an interstellar organization within the Imperium Stellaris that is concerned with the recruitment, training, and upkeep of licensed assassins.

The Sicarii Collegium has its main guildhall located in Noctis City on Mars in the Sol System. The Sicarii Collegium maintains extensive files and records of their members, including combat and skill qualification records.

The Sicarii Collegium is tolerated by the Imperium Stellaris and as part of its charter with the Imperium, in times of emergency it and its members are considered an Auxilia of the Imperium Stellaris Militum (usually the Imperium Stellaris Intelligence Service) and can be conscripted for the duration of said emergency.

When an Imperial Writ of Conscription is presented to the Sicarii Collegium, they locate the most qualified and nearest individual for the undertaking of said mission. The Sicarii Collegium and the individual tasked with said mission receive no payment from the Imperium Stellaris.

The Sicarii Collegium is considered to be maintaining its charter with the Imperium Stellaris. The individual tasked with the mission usually is considered to have discharged their duty to the Sicarii Collegium and is not charged any annual fees that year.
