Imperium Stellaris

The Imperium Stellaris, or Stellar Empire as it is sometimes known, is the largest stellar organization in all of the known universe. Ruled by the Imperator, the Imperium Stellaris is run by the Imperium Stellaris Civilbus Monstrante, the Imperial Civil Service Bureaucracy.
Although technically Terra is the capitol of the Stellar Empire, it is actually ran from Luna, Terra's moon.
