Citizen

The Citizens are the middle class socially of the Imperium Stellaris. The Citizen class has many guaranteed rights and some political power, more so than the Slaves, Turum, and Plebeians. Citizens have the right to vote as the Plebeians do, and also have the right to a trial if so requested. About a third of the population of the Imperium Stellaris is of the Citizen class.
