Affinity Identification

Magic attunement is given at birth, but not everyone is identified at birth, so methods of identification have been made. Here are the instructions for identification.

Solar Method:

The solar method is considered the most difficult to perform compared to the other. Before beginning the ritual, a glass piece blessed by the sun's magic will do. The shape does no matter, but clear glass is prefered. Use the glass as a focus to build up solar magic within the charm. A solar affinity would have a reaction of the glass lighting up like the sun. A lunar affinity would cause the glass to lose color and lose clarity up.

Lunar Method:

The lunar method is not as difficult to perform, but requires not magic. Before beginning the ritual, a crystal ball blessed by the Syacanna's magic. An orb about the size of one's head is the best size to perform the spell. Magic is to be focused inside and it will naturally, begin to swirl around. Place their dominant hand on the orb which should react to their natural magical. A solar affinity flash once with bright light. A lunar affinity would cause the orb to resemble the goddess herself, Syacanna the moon.
