Baker
Just Bread? Just, Bread? What do you mean it's just bread? It's so much more than something so simple! Bread isn't just Yeast, Flour, Water, Oil, Salt, and Sugar to taste... It's life itself! What you put into bread is what you put into life, and you get out the same. Bread is life, but it's more than that, and you'll never understand life until you understand bread.
Origins of Bread
The Origins of the first Bakers go all the way back to the creation of the First Loaf of Bread. Though it was not what we would consume today, the original recipe was very much the same. It used largely the same ingredients and was consumed largely the same as it is today. It is impossible to state exactly when this was, most place the creation of Bread at the hands of the first civilizations. Who ever they may be.
Many in my profession see Bread as a simple, if not a pivotal, piece of their life. I, however, view it as more than that. There is so much you can do with Baking. Whether you're discussing Combat Baking, or simple Casual Household Baking, the field spreads out before you like an expansive road. It has it's own shifts and changes, but more than anything It tells a story.
