Seventh Era

A dystopian time where AI and robotic overlords rule. Humanity has either integrated with machines or fights to survive under their control. People live in virtual realities or serve the machines in decaying cities, with rebels attempting to overthrow the robotic hierarchy. The line between man and machine blurs as the AI asserts dominance.
The Seventh Era began with the Droid Wars, a brutal conflict that lasted until 216 7E. The Androids decided that the biological beings would not give up. And so instead they stuck all of them into a Simulation of the Third Era. This lasted until the end of the Era.

Preceded by the Sixth Era. Succeeded by the Eighth Era.
