She is the warlock patron of many warlocks, including Prince Caius Rookwood.

Personal history
When The Iron Fairies visited the castle of Natasha the Dark in the Winter Wastes, Queen Mab corned Prince Caius Rookwood in a room and convinced him to be her warlock. She'd provide him with magic to make him more competent, and he would provide her with information about the group and about Tasha.
