Cloak of Levitation

The Cloak of Levitation is a magic item that was given to Stark Mancer by Mephistopheles in exchange for three favors. It gave him a fly speed of 40 feet. It also billowed dramatically behind him, even when there is no wind.

History

After Stark Mancer died, his son, Stark Jenkins inherited it.
