First Era

The Age of Kings

A time of classic sword and sorcery, the First Era is defined by noble kingdoms, legendary heroes, and ancient magic. Adventurers explore untamed lands, fighting dragons, warlords, and evil sorcerers. Magic is mysterious, ancient, and respected, with a sense of wonder permeating the land.
The First Era was a time of expansion and wealth, especially in Eagremond. It began with the emergence of the Elves from the Feywild.
It was during this Era that the arcane art of Wizardry became more prominent and classic spells such as Fireball were first written down.
The end of the First Era was when the famous Good King Ulmond lived and ruled. His defeat was what brought the end of the First Era.
