  These beings aren’t worshiped outside of small cults around the world, though they may have followers or servants upon their home planes. These beings are a step below the Greater Gods, but are not to be taken lightly, for not even the gods will attempt to slay these beings without urgent need.  

Lawful

Ventum, The Phoenix of Time: [Lawful Good]

While once equivalent to the greater gods, they are no longer worshiped widely in any society. Some elves still revere them, but not many will receive their blessing. Only interferes with those who seek to disrupt the weaving of time.   Edicts: Follow laws, protect the flow of time, revere phoenixes

The Raven Queen: [Lawful Neutral]

The Mender of Souls, Lady of the Shadowfell. Five hundred years ago she arose with the death of Fuin, and seems to be an Ancient taken female form. She rules over a population of elves that have been influenced by the Shadowfell, but they are not evil in nature per-say. She spends her days attempting to repair souls that are maimed by necromantic magics and seems to have a close relationship with Helfor.   Edicts: protect souls, prioritize your safety, fight necromancers

The most powerful being within Acheron, once held among the gods, but has since fallen from that status with the rise of Rhadure. A being of war and conquest.   Edicts: Wage endless war, conquer all lesser beings, make all bend to your will

Worshiped as a Deity among the Eladrin, however she is somewhat resented by elvenkind, as they hold some resentment towards how she ruled her domain, which they escaped from thousands of years prior. Edicts: respect all nature, preserve the feywild, plant many flowers

A being of great mystery, seeming to be the creator of myconids. It is rumored that his home lies within the elemental plane of Earth, and there lies the greatest of mushroom groves that all reality has to offer.   Edicts: Spread holy decay, feed soil with the dead, allow yourself to be consumed by spores

Chancellor of the Dark Seekers; following the War in Heaven a new Cold King was created to lead the Dark Seekers, though their kind has been fairly elusive to scholars visiting the other planes.   Edicts: hide from all enemies, shelter all Seekers who need it, gather knowledge for the Cold King

Having taken up the absent domain of Arborea, Nul may lack companions or worshipers, but more than makes up for it themselves, being a creature with strength equal to most Gods, yet lacking followers, save for a small cult among those worshiping the eldest of forests. Has had a strange influence upon the plane, and it seems to have warped and expanded with time.     Edicts: spread the eldest forests, slaughter those who seek to destroy nature, meditate
Anathema: attempt to revert forests to their young state, bring civilization to intrude on the wild, despoil areas of natural beauty

Archfey of Satyrs and Centaurs. Has a few tribes of both races on the material plane who worship him, but he mostly is unconcerned with the material plane.   Edicts: bring joy to all you can, eat only the best food available, rest as much as possible

Once the god of gnolls, the population of his people has grown to be so few that he has fallen from being a deity. Holds a deep hatred for Falme and the undead for taking his worshippers away from him. The most powerful being within Pandemonium. Holds beasts and the hunt in high regard, has a respect for the goddess Jenna.   Edicts: redeem gnollish society, burn all followers of Falme, destroy all undead
Anathema: befriending undead, disrespecting the memory of the gnolls, fearing fire
