Faratish

City Layout

The city state of Faratish is build on the cliff of Farath and surounding area of the plateau. The ancient city has grown and added 7 circles of walls since the ruins of the city was once again populated.  

Ninth Circle

The latest addition to the city. 125 feet tall walls measuring almost 25 feet thick. With towers every 200 feet.. There are two gates leading into the city; North and south gate. The ninth circle contains a small market (By Faratish standards). And housing for the less fortunate.  

Eight circle

Often called the layman circle, or the journeyman circle.  

Seventh circle

Often referred to as the Harbour district. Not containing the actually being part of the harbour itself.  

Fish Market

At the top of the stairs from the harbour the worlds largest fish market is located. Fish of all kinds and all quantities are for sale.  

Traders corner

An enormous market constructed as three overlapping circles. One of the major markets of the great city. One of the few reasons for the nobles to leave their circles would be a visit to the markets. More often than not wearing a disguise.   After the fall of the wall the great market was split into 7 smaller markets each controlled by a different trade house.  

Sixth Circle

The Army / guard circle.  

Fifth Circle

Often refered to as the circle of lesser nobles.  

Fourth Cicle

First circle of higher nobles. Dukes have their castles in this Cirlce.  

Third Circle

Home of the Arch Dukes.  

Second Circle

Home of the Royals. The main entrance to Faratish; huge double doors made of dyari wood. Each door is about 25 feet tall, and 15 feet wide. The two towers guarding the door is 75 feet tall.  

First Cicle

The home of the king.   Common eople actually refers to the city circles the other way around. so the nitnth circle aka the slum is often refered to as the first circle.
