Alternating Initiative

We use a custom initiative order based on the linked video. All players roll initiative, and all bad guys roll initiative. Then each side alternates in combat order. The highest initiative still decides which side goes first. Enemies may have group initiative, so a group of 3 goblins might go between two player characters, even though they only hold 1 spot in initiative order.
