The Dead Forest

The Dead Forest spreads across the peninsula of Kollerdörf. The forest is cloaked in mist, and groans of the corpses that will not stay dead echo through its haunted branches.
The northern section of the forest, which stretches onto the mainland, slowly and continually advances its tendrils west out toward Icarna and north over the trade road which stretches under the Mountains of Razdún. The citizens of this part of the continent continually cut away roots and stem to keep the ways clear and rely on Campani bells to keep the undead at bay.
Deep in the forest is the old tower of Atzënbruuk, where the shadow of Logar Tor was sealed and defeated. The tower and its environs are now a portal to the Shadowfell.
