Bandit force, the Direbear Bandits have a fortress in Khaz Ruvak. The Bumblebees, the local guard force, have been having budget cuts over the past 4 years and are struggling to cope. The Wasps, the local vigilante force, has sprung up to do the fighting themselves, to the annoyance of the guards.
A dark shadow has been cast across the Honeyvale with the assassination of King Leo by The Wasps. Captain Tarim Upsson was demoted by the leader of the King's Guard and suspicion against outsiders is rife.

Aemon's Bridge

The site of a battle in T.A. 275 where the Carter wagon company defended against undead forces of the Lich Lord Xerun for five days, until the forces of King Carmillan of Tychacia relieved them.

Barrow Hills

Storage and staging facility used by the Lich Lord Xerun over three thousand years ago. Ultimately resisted and defeated by the elves of Vizden, although the empire also sent large numbers of dwarves and dragonborn to their deaths in an attempt to wear away Xerun's forces through brute strength.
