First magic academy established in Rouvray

Taesai Academy established in Rouvray in response to the child sorcerer crisis. Sorcerers are taught by elder mages who were previously driven underground. Students are taught how to control and wield their magic safely. Upon the success of the programme, more academies are established throughout Iklarel and other willing students without inherent abilities are given the chance to learn magic to become wizards, with a few warlocks.
