Serpensia
Entagled deep within the knotted, labyrinthine roots of the Yua Taolesh jungle lies the secretive empire of Serpensia. Not much is known about the empire or it's empress Sholaotzl. Slowly, Serpen soldiers have been clearing out and rebuilding ancient Yuan-ti ruins that have been overgrown with vines and roots. Perhaps the Empress seeks to reclaim the seat of power the Yuan-ti held so many centuries ago.
