Ekkezan

Ekkezan is one of the five known continents in the world. It lies southeast of Eucros and is south of Shuhos across the Sorrow Sea. Ekkezan is a large continent, covered in jungles, plague-ridden, and largely unexplored. Only the northern coast has been mapped, with legends of ruined cities, but little else is known about them. The land is rumored to be home to blood sucking insects, demons, cannibals, giant snakes, and most notably, basilisks. On the northern coast of the continent lie the Basilisk ises and a score of small trade towns of mud described as wet, humid, full of misery, where adventurers, rogues, and whores from the free cities go seeking fortune. Corsairs prey on these settlements, carrying off captives and selling them to the slave markets of Najma or No-mans wharf.
