Vine Grapple

You shoot out a small bundle of vines from your hands that are able to connect to/wrap around any target within 5 tiles of you.

The target is wrapped up in your vines & can't be moved for 5 turns or until you decide to release it, whichever comes first.

You may bring yourself or the target to one another as a Bonus Action.
