True Banishment

Not satisfied with Banishment's temporariness, you decide that the current target of your attention requires a banishment from which they can not return from.

The target must make a saving throw ( 1d20 ), if they fail (<11), then they are permanently banished to a harmless plane of existence.

If the target is not from this plane, they are returned home. Permanently.
