Tranquilizing Shot
You load up a single shot filled with a heavy narcotic, intending to K.O. what ever you hit with it.
The target hit must make a save ( 1d20 ), if they fail (<11), they gain 1d8 stacks of of Topor. Succeeding (>10) gains them half as many stacks instead.
If the target was dying, they become "stable" until they would've woken up. The sleep effect lasts for however many stacks of Topor they have, losing one (1) stack per turn of being unconscious.
Note: This doesn't affect entities that don't or can't sleep.
Sleeping targets automatically fail the save.
