The Void
-The Void is a dark and clouded plane of existence. There’s a constant overcast of pitch-black clouds blocking out the sky, a thick black fog that limits visibility from a few kilometers to sometimes a few meters in front of you, and insane creatures like those out of one’s nightmares or legends lurk in the constant shadows. The water is also incredibly toxic from being exposed to the dark and twisted magics that linger here.
-The inhabitants of The Void are similar to the ones found in The Material Plane, however it is uncommon to not be magically inclined compared to The Masterial Plane's inhabitants. The people and creatures here have also adapted to the darkness and vile energies in various ways; some of which unseen.
-Legend says that The Void was once apart of Heaven and that some ancient war caused the realm to fracture. Outside of heresay, the only evidence of this is that of Ankashtas and the other Celestial Dragons' arrival directly from Heaven above and that The Spire of Heaven scrapes against the barrier between The Void & Heaven.
-Time within The Void moves strangely, as if decades within can result in mere moments in The Material Plane. As such, creatures and cultures have advanced- and regressed- wildly compared to those outside. As such the Races tend to view each other considerably differently and ever since Jalene & Gordon's rule, the people have been cautious at any attempt of banding together under a flag that would cover more than just a city-state.
-The original Spire of Heaven dwells here, while Doctor Faust Strangelove has recreated it, to some degree, in The Kingdom of Ascensia. The town of Lothrak & The Tree of Life reside here in The Void as well.
-A native plant named the "Gran Root" can be found scattered across this plane of existence, consuming and minimizing to some extent the effects of The Void's miasma. Locals know of a herbal medicine made with it that can make one temporarily immune to the adverse effects of The Void.
