Summon Hurricane
Bending the forces of nature to your will, you're able to summon a hurricane with a 10-tile radius anywhere within a 20 tile radius of the caster.
Unfortunately, even you aren't immune from these kinds of forces; so anyone, including yourself, caught within it must roll 1d20 each turn they reside within the hurricane. If they fail the save (<15 on the roll), they take 1d20 damage.
There is one exception, however, and that is the eye of the storm. The center tile & its immediately-adjacent tiles of the storm are completely safe to reside within.
Note: The storm lasts for 10 turns and can not be cancelled.
