Summon Blizzard
The power of the weather bends enough to your will to drop the temperature in a small area and create high-moving winds!
This blizzard can be summoned anywhere within a 20-tile radius of you, and has a radius of 10 tiles from the summoned location.
Each entity that's vulnerable to the cold must roll 1d20 & get >10 each turn to make it through unscathed (you, of course, are immune to your own spell's effects). If an entity rolls <11, they take 1d8 Frost damage.
Note: This spell lasts for 5 turns or until you cancel it. Recasting this spell refreshes its duration.
