Stop Time
Instead of jumping ahead, you wish to pause time around you! Doing this causes all duration-abilities/spells, damage-over-time effects, regenerative, or otherwise time-based items to pause for anything that isn't you (your character is acted upon normally by these things, but no one else is).
Time is paused for what feels like only two(2) of your Turns. During this time you may act as you normally would.
Note: Falling unconscious, sleeping, dying, or reaching 0 HP immediately stops this effect and your character returns to normal time-speeds.
This spell essentially just gives you two(2) Turns immediately after you cast it before the next player/entity makes their moves or decisions.

Speed: Action
Utility: Time is Stopped for 2 Turns.
