Scroll Creation
With enough patience, concentration, and thought, you've found that you can transcribe spells onto a piece of parchment so that yourself, or any others (skilled in the magical arts or not) can perform the spell instantly (speed & Concentration requirements still apply).
Using the Scroll does, however, consumes it, however, making it a one time use.
This ability allows you to copy other Scrolls' spells onto a Scroll of your own!
It is noticed quite quickly, however, that you cannot transcribe any spells that require three (3) or more Spell Castings to cast onto the parchment, as even their written form can be too much for the fragile material to handle... Maybe you'll find something better in the future?
Note: Using this ability does not consume the Spell Castings of the spell you are transcribing.
Scrolls don't require Spell Castings to use, nor do they require the ability/spell to be unlocked in order to be used.
Scrolls are limited to spells that require up to two (2) Spell Castings to cast normally.
Scrolls are destroyed upon use.
Duplicating a Scroll does not destroy the original.
You, or someone in your party, must know the spell/ability you wish to transcribe in order to make a Scroll from it.
Cost: 2 Spell Castings
Speed: Action
Utility: Creates a Scroll to be used later
