Scrap Flamethrower

Through your genius, lack of materials, tools, and supplies, as well as your lack of care you've created a rudimentary flamethrower! It's not much to look at, but it's alright given what you did to make it...

Because it's so 'thrown together', it eats material raw and spits out a fireball (1 material = 1 shot) that appears in a 3x3 area anywhere you choose within a 10-tile radius of you. No line of sight is needed, but you must know that it can appear there.
