Power Limiters

This ability has two (2) parts: A Passive & an Active.

The Passive:

Each attack made while this passive is enabled reduces your damage by -1. Each attack you make that is reduced by this de-buff earns you one (1) stack of Rising Power.

This passive may be turned on/off for no cost as a Free Action.

The Active:

For the cost of 1 Spell Castings, you may consume ALL stacks of Rising Power to deal True Damage equal to the number of stacks of Rising Power that were consumed.

Note: This ability's active is guaranteed to hit.

This ability's active can have any applicable modifiers applied to it, but it is not a normal attack with your weapon of choice.

Cost: 1 Spell Castings

Speed: Action to consume all stacks

Damage: True Damage based on the number of Rising Power stacks you have
