Similar to how you rip space rocks and comets from the void of space onto your target(s), you call upon a small meteor to slam into your desired target (within 15 tiles)! The meteor deals damage and has an area-of-effect of 7 tiles radius (entities caught in the AOE take 3/4 damage, rounded down, as the impact point).
