Geas

You cast a magical command on a creature within 10 tiles of you, forcing it to carry out some service or refrain from an action or activity as you please.

If the creature understands you, it must make a saving throw ( 1d20 ), if it fails (<16), it must do as you have commanded for 30 days. If it attempts to do otherwise while the effect is active, it will take 2d20 mental damage (but only once a day, so long as it's attempting to do the opposite of the action you commanded).

Note: Similarly to the "Command" spell, this doesn't work if; the target doesn't understand you or speak your language, is undead, if the command would kill the target, if they literally can not perform the command, or if they succeed their saving throw.
